Medicine that
meets you

We don't treat diagnoses — we treat people. Your body is unique, your history is yours, and your path to wellness should reflect that. Every visit begins with listening.

01
Thorough Intake

We ask questions most clinics skip — sleep quality, digestion, emotional patterns — because in Chinese medicine, everything is connected.

02
Pattern Diagnosis

Rather than matching symptoms to a single condition, we identify the underlying pattern of imbalance and design a protocol around it.

03
Ongoing Partnership

Healing is a process. We adjust your treatment as you improve, track your progress, and celebrate milestones alongside you.

Simple,
honest rates

No hidden fees. All services are priced clearly. Call us at (831) 372-0888 to verify insurance coverage before your visit.

Good to
know

New to Chinese medicine? Here are the questions we hear most from first-time patients.

Does acupuncture hurt? +

Most patients describe a mild ache, warmth, or tingling at the needle site — often followed by deep relaxation. The needles are hair-thin, nothing like an injection. Many people fall asleep on the table.

Do you accept insurance? +

Yes — we accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and many others. We also provide Superbills for self-pay patients seeking reimbursement. Call us to verify your specific coverage.

How many sessions will I need? +

It depends on your condition, how long you've had it, and your body's response. Acute issues often improve in 3–6 visits. Chronic conditions typically require 8–12 sessions. We'll give you an honest assessment at your first visit.

What should I expect at my first visit? +

Your first visit lasts 60–90 minutes. We'll review your health history, take your pulse (both wrists), look at your tongue, and ask detailed questions before creating a personalized treatment plan.

Is Chinese herbal medicine safe? +

When prescribed by a licensed practitioner, yes. We source only pharmaceutical-grade herbs from verified suppliers. We always review your current medications to avoid interactions.

Can I combine TCM with my Western medical care? +

Absolutely — and we encourage it. TCM works beautifully alongside conventional medicine. Many of our patients receive both. We're happy to communicate with your primary care physician or specialist.
